Walter Meier is an international climate and manufacturing technology group. The company was founded in 1937 as a Zurich-based trading compnay by Walter Meier. From 1972 onwards, Reto E. Meier developed the business into an international group with business units in nine countries and representation in 74 countries. Today Walter Meier generats sales of some CHF 800 million with approximately 1700 employees. Walter Meier sets great store by customer-specific total solutions, comprehensive support services and sustainable development. Shares in Walter Meier are listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange (symbol WMN).
