The reply coupon necessary for obtaining such an adminission card is enclosed with the invitation and must be returned to Nimbus AG, Ziegelbrücke (= Walter Meier's share register) by March 12, 2010 (date of receipt).

An early return of the reply coupon facilitates the preparation tasks at the share register. The admission cards together with the voting material will be mailed as of March 8, 2010.
