Compact steam humidifier Condair CS

 

Accurate control. Reliable. Beneficial. The Condair CS is specially designed for use with demineraised water. It generates sterile steam - up to 4 kg/h.

 

What large units can do, the Condair CS can do just as good. However, its compact dimensions mean it can even be used in food display cabinets, walk-in humidors, fermentation and large baking ovens.

It also provides the steam required in wellness applications.

Electrode steam humidifier Condair CP3

 

Powerful. User-friendly. The electrode steam humidifier.  Up to four Condair CP3 units can be linked together. This combination produces a steam output of up to 180 kg/h - reliably producing hygenic steam.

The menu is clearly structured, components can be easily accessed and the steam cylinder replaced with a minimum of effort.

Steam humidifier with scale management Defensor Mk5

 

Low maintenance. Reliability. Superior control accuracy. The Mk5 resistance steam humidifier generates between 5 and 80 kg steam per hour. Demineralized or normal drinking water can be used. The patented scale management drains the scale continuously during steam production into the scale collector tank. This guarantees long durability and short maintenance times.

Hybrid air humidifier with multi-stage hygiene concept Condair Dual 2

 

Maximum hygiene and cost-effectiveness, thanks to hybrid humidifying technology. The Condair Dual 2 hygiene concept is based on several stages:
Only demineralised and perfectly hygienic fresh water is utilised. All internal system water lines are drained completely when the system is shut down. The water supply line is purged automatically each time the unit is started. In addition to this, continuous monitoring of humidifying water conductance protects the humidifying system against mineral deposits.
Controlled silver ionising of humidifying water to meet requirements guarantees reliable neutralisation of bacteria and ensures that hygienic conditions prevail throughout the entire humidifying zone.   The patented evaporation unit consists of consecutively-arranged ceramic elements, enabling complete surface flow contact, total separation of aerosols and a high post-evaporation rate.
Continuous inspections by the Fresenius Institute verify that hygiene safety requirements are met. These are confirmed by the SGS Fresenius Hygiene Certificate. The humidifier performance ranges from 4...2000 l/h.

Surface evaporator for low-cost cooling Condair SH 2

 

Efficient. Customized. Top performing. The Condair SH 2 can use drinking water or demineralised water for evaporation.

The large surface of the patented SH2 media results in a high evaporation efficiency with low energy consumption. The high-quality V-shaped synthetic mats are free from glass fibres and cellulose. Thus no harmful particles may become suspended in the breathing air.

High-pressure nozzle system Condair FF2

 

Cooling and humidifying without aerosols. The spray mist spreads evenly thanks to the intelligent arrangement of the nozzles. This ensures optimum cooling and humidifying.

The high-pressure pump and seven control stages allow humidity regulation with an accuracy of +- 5%.

The humidified air is free of aerosols. This ensures healthy humidification even for sensitive applications.

Life steam humidifier for short humidifying distances Condair Esco

 

Low maintenance and control accuracy. The Condair Esco steam humidifying system utilises steam from an existing steam supply network for humidifying. The performance ranges up to approx. 2000 kg/h.
The hermetically-sealed ceramic rotary disk valve is completely wear resistant and ensures that losses caused by shutdowns are ruled out completely. A linear valve characteristic curve is guaranteed, thus enabling the achievement of a very high degree of control accuracy.
Patented stainless steel steam nozzles draw steam free of condensation from the core flow. This enables the achievement of uniform humidifying conforming to VDI 6022.

Steam distribution system for minimum humidifying distances Condair OptiSorp

 

Non-corrosive. Turnkey. Ideal for uniform precision distribution. Steam is distributed via multiple distribution pipes in the OptiSorp steam distribution system. The distribution pipes are fitted with nozzles to distribute the steam over the entire duct cross sectional area.

The absorption distance is up to 4 times shorter than in conventional steam distribution pipes.

OptiSorp is manufactured exclusively from stainless steel and high-quality plastic, thus meeting the highest hygiene requirements.
